I am a former freeform radio DJ and the name of my regular show was "Aural Hygiene". Unfortunately the station doesn't have a publicly available audio archive. So for my friends and family who asked about alternatives to listening to the show live - and for anyone else who cares to listen - here are some of my favorite shows, warts and all! [Unless otherwise noted my shows were done with two turntables, three CD players, a microphone, and a soundboard. On rare occasions also an aux line to my ipod. No mixers, CDJs, or anything fancy like that!]
