Tamara was fortunate enough to be born and raised in the beautiful mountain town of Flagstaff, Arizona. At the tender age of 10 she picked up her first violin and began a healthy relationship with music. After holding her ground as the most awkward orchestra girl in her high school, she graduated sitting concert master in the Orchestra. She then moved on to do a small stint at Northern Arizona University studying Communications and Music Performance, which ended after her first two semesters. The years after NAU were spent DJ-ing for small house parties and dappling in various creative jobs until she moved to Portland, Oregon in 2010. Tamara's great Northwest journey came to it's conclusion in 2014 when she returned to Flagstaff. In 2016 she bravely made the decision to leave her fruitless full time job to dedicate her time to creativity, community and music. Currently she is a DJ and fundraising specialist at Radio Sunnyside, Flagstaff's only community radio station.
