I've played music as a dj since '97. Music changes as the world around us moves on, nothing is static. For me, music is dynamic, organic and structured, but yet chaotic as it flows from beginning to end.
That said my objective in my mixes is that they tell a story, take you on a journey and fill you with a feeling.
Oh yeah, I don't use Serato or Traktor. Not that it matters, I'm not a "purist", I just don't like that level of automation. Tracks need to be played by dj's, not machines. We're all just humans after all.
