Kobie Brown began his executive career working for Queen Latifah & Shakim's Flavor Unit Records & Management before working with Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis. Kobie has written and produced music with and for artists ranging from Mary J. Blige to Lauryn Hill.
Kobie is an active writer and film producer, who frequently contributes to NBC News, in addition to creating the award-winning documentary film, From Fatherless to Fatherhood; seen on the Oprah Winfrey Network.
Kobie currently serves as Sr. Director of BA/Music Licensing at Sony Music, where he is responsible for identifying and clearing music for a roster of over 400 artists.
