ART DE VIVRE is a music curation concept for restaurants, hotels, and bars, created by Brémond.

French-born and London-based, Brémond is a music producer and DJ, also known for his playful DJ–MC persona, The Cat.

"My admiration for beautiful spaces and refined dishes inspired me to create this signature concept. I have a deep desire to contribute to the finer elements in the recipe of people’s experience when they dine out.

It differs from what I usually do behind the DJ decks. Not using a microphone and not being at the front feels liberating; it allows me to explore soundscapes more deeply and conduct the atmosphere with greater finesse.

A great deal of consideration goes into the minute details that define refined hotels, bars, and restaurants; the menu, the staff, the setting. I take real pleasure in enhancing these elements by DJing, shaping what comes next, and enhancing the overall experience."
