For more than 15 years Art Fakey has been sitting behind the drums.
Through rock and funk experience he came to play jazz, which he did in many sessions at Jazz Clubs, in The Swing Band Go Jazz, in the streets and even in a workshop thrown by the HR Bigband.
After playing together with a minimal DJ he got taste of the delicious combination of drums and DJ-ing. As an artist always open for new ways, he came in touch with the Electro Swing DJ Louie Prima (Electro Swing Revolution) from Berlin. (www.louie-Prima.com)
After playing a succesfull first gig together in KFZ, Marburg, Art Fakey is now ready to enter the stages, bringing jungle rythms and swinging cymbals to the german clubs.
