Master of Ceremony Arman Naféei has become a musical standard and destination for sound entertainment.
As the Music Director of André Balazs’s hotel group, Naféei helped build the reputations of exclusive properties such as The Standard, Chateau Marmont, Chiltern Firehouse and Sunset Beach - the latter’s Balearic music series received the blessing of the New York Times.
In a clubbing climate where so many DJ’s choose to make their mark by focusing on just one particular sound, Naféei’s ability to blur the lines between World and Dance music is a reflection of his Persian heritage and growing up between Cologne and London. This got him to share the stage with the likes of James Murphy, Jamie XX, Seth Troxler, Jackmaster, Nina Kraviz, Guy Gerber, José Padilla and Nicky Siano.
