Arcan is a haven for the Alternative and the Deconstructed movements that have taken part in shaping the evolution of Vietnamese club scene into what it is today. We aim at providing a synthesis of those movements into a same space that will be the fuselage that brings Past and Present together, a carrier to the Future.
