Antiself's journey into electronic music began digging for vinyl in his hometown of Bournemouth. Early influences ranged from reggae to drum & bass before he honed his craft through a weekly DJ residency in Plymouth and co-founded the long-running club night dance!dance!dance!.

After relocating to Birmingham, exposure to the city’s harder industrial techno scene helped shape the driving, uncompromising sound that defines Antiself today. Alongside producer Louk, he previously released music as Boglin, earning support from artists including Dax J, Carl Cox and I Hate Models.

Antiself now releases raw, atmospheric techno and electro on labels including Horizon Road, Filth Infatuated Digital, Digital Mind, Bass Agenda and Keep On Techno, with support from Cristian Varela and Laurent Garnier. He also hosts the Polyrhythm radio show, exploring sounds from ambient to peak-time techno.
