Funky B
Born and raised on the mean streets of South London, Funky B, AKA Andrew Bowen started his musical journey when he was 14, when he discovered inner London Pirate radio stations such as Kiss FM, Horizon FM and Solar Radio to name a few, listening to the best local and International RnB of its time, it was at this moment that Funky B knew he wanted to be part of 'The Scene'.
Various warm up sets in local bars before taking the plunge and creating his own small events in London and basingstoke ranging from Cottons in Islington to Censos and The Tea Bar in basingstoke and has also had guest slots on the Mr Cool radio show on release FM.
Funky B is a determined and driven guy who has a diverse taste in modern and Old school flavours, he likes to combine the Old and the new in exciting and original ways, and is happiest when the room is rocking hard and the crowd says "REWIND"
