André Caetano aka BAKER, natural from São Miguel Island, Azores, was born on 12 July 1980.
Over the years, his life as been split between two great passions, Surfing and Dance Music.
Finds out, falls in love and involves deeply in Dance Music around the year 2000, when first national djs were coming to azores for some parties. Songs like "So Get Up" by DJ Vibe, or "Keep Control" by SONO was the big boom on his mind, body and soul. From this moment he gets a mixer, and a pair of turntables, and from there begins to devour everything that was emerging on the market, making a constant presence in the House/Techno parties.
Has reference, the national Dj Vibe, Jiggy, Luis Leite and Carlos Manaça were and still are is favourite ones. Internationally John Digweed, Steve Lawler, Danny Tenaglia, Carl Cox, Jeff Milles, among many others!
