After touring around North America with his former project Wrestlers, Kennedy saw an opportunity to explore exactly what it is that reaches deep down inside, and causes people to lose their inhibitions and surrender to the music. Having supported premier dance acts and DJ's like Disclosure, Flume, Armand Van Helden, Kenny Dope, Nick Murphy (AKA Chet Faker), Cut Copy, Chromeo, and more, Kennedy honed his craft, and established his signature sound. Now, after spending the pandemic locked away in his studio, Kennedy emerges with a new offering of songs, and a completely new style of performance. After receiving an exclusive premiere of his new material on BBC6, and being quoted as being one of Houston legends Khruangbin’s favorite acts, Kennedy is poised for a strong year ahead.
