African Soul Jam (ASJ) was founded by New York City-based Afropolitans, who felt something lacking in the city's nightlife and after-work entertainment scene. A pan-African contemporary music dance party was born and open to people of various ethnic backgrounds and musical tastes. We created a fun-filled and safe multicultural atmosphere where music lovers socialize, eat, connect, dance, mingle, and enjoy various genres from Africa.

With 100s of successful events (both stand-alone and partnerships), African Soul Jam has inspired many African dance parties and music across the states - events that show music talent, creativity and artistic image of Africa continent plus the food, the culture, the good people, the fashion while connecting like-minds and having FUN in the process.
