Art Rules Aruba DJ Students

The mixes that are available here were performed live by students from the Art Rules Aruba project 2010.

The beauty of this project was that this class brought together a very mixed ability group of young aspiring DJ's. Some of the students had prior understanding and "know-how" about DJ-ing and were taking part in Art Rules Aruba to extend their skills but most of the young people had little or no previous experience of the equipment or techniques involved in DJ-ing.

Although the levels of skill on display in these mixes may vary, the level of development and improvement for all of the students on the course has been equally impressive. In some cases the learning curve was extremely steep, yet all students rose to all of the tasks and challenges laid in front of them by their tutors.
