Alban Xavier Okon aka Albie is a Nigerian Afro-fusion singer and song writer from Akwa Ibom State.Born in Ajegunle area of Lagos state,Alban is a graduate of Soil Science & Land Resources Management,University of Uyo.He started as a rapper in the streets of Ago Palace way,Lagos and was featured in a song titled “Ojo iyanu” meaning “rain of surprise” around 2011.In 2012 he moved on to jump on Wizkid-Ole(Lamba cover) which was among this best covers that year I must say and went ahead to drop a sweet groovy tune “Malawee Positiv” on a DJ Klem(knighthouse) produced beat in 2013 which made him gain more popularity and airplays in some radio stations across the nation.Alban also has songs like Feel Myself,Up & Down,Simple thing and has worked with other artistes & producers like ebase,Maxcelo,lloys,Jsongz,Danny p,Sashay,3E,Kelv-j etc
