Dr. Roland Mitchell, Associate Professor of Education at LSU, discusses Tarantino's Django Unchained, Obama's second term, and Dr. Michael Eric Dyson's MLK speech at Louisiana State University. The interview covers issues such as the use of the "N-word," and the politics of representation, slavery, and gender in Django Unchained. Dr. Mitchell also talks about what it means to have a black male president. Interviewed by David Brown and Laura Sells.
