383 is a DJ/producer duo blending techno, house, tech house, hard groove, and experimental sounds into something raw, rhythmic, and unpredictable. With roots in Philadelphia and the Bay Area, the two have been carving out space in the underground scenes of LA, Chicago, and Denver, bringing sets that thrive on heavy energy and unconventional textures.
One half of the duo performs under the alias Fün Johann, having opened for artists like Levity, Autograf, Kryptogram, and Align, and also fronts the indie rock band The Foons. The other, a lifelong performer and dancer, discovered her voice through the creation of 383, with her debut EP now in the works under the name DJ Freqk3y. With a vault of unreleased tracks on deck, 383 continues to draw from the fringes of electronic music constantly exploring new textures and pushing their sound in unexpected directions.
