Drs. Dallas & Debra Stout met as student leaders in a service club at California State University Fullerton (CSUF) in 1992. They got married in 1994 and have never stopped serving in their community, County and State. Today they use their experience to assist a variety of non-profit programs in Orange County thru DoctorS Nonprofit Consulting, which they co-founded in 2004. Debra has been on the faculty at CSUF since 2006 and Dallas since 2007 where they continue inspire and encourage their students to get involved in community service.

Our CSUF TITAN radio show, 2DocTalk, will highlight unique and timely interviews on human interest stories that impact those living, attending school or working in the City of Fullerton. A special focus will be on the non-profit community around the areas of Homelessness, education, health & wellness, youth & young adult empowerment, as well as public policy. Thoughts and ideas that bring us together to make a collective impact will be emphasized.
