Born and raised in the concrete jungle of NYC, Andres Martinez aka ANDREZ, is no stranger to the BASS. At the influential age of 15 he relocated to Colombia South America where his, now true passion for DJing began. While banging out the intense sounds of Latin inspired: salsa, merengue, and reggaeton, he was introduced to the drumfire sounds of house, and this is where his love for electronic dance music spawned. At the age of 20 Andres joined the United States Army and was stationed in Ft. Campbell Kentucky, neighboring, the city of Nashville Tennessee, whose dance music scene at that time was simply BOOMING, allowing Andres to keep his love for the electronic sound alive and real. In the year of 2001 it became as real as it gets, introduced to the BASS ridden, funk driven, dance creating sound of the break beat, Andres was instantly transformed.
