Operentzia has been founded in 2005, in an eastern hungarian town called Nyiregyhaza. The formation was named after the imagined hungarian folktales.
The introductory album was released in 2008, than soon this was followed in 2009 with the second album called "One week", and in 2010 the third one "Mr. Hat". Since 2011 they have been collaborating with the performers of the "Freak Fusion Cabaret". They have done several gigs together, and sometimes they recorded some  songs from the many which have been written for these performances. This is how the new single , the "Freak Circus Combo" was born. The latest album, the "Trance Ober Enz" was released in 2015.
This unique album was inspired by a collection of syberian folktales. 
The authentic sound of these  folk songs are spiced up with various and different effects from dub - chill - and trance music , which will invite you for a unique trip.
