Lessons Learned #1

Lessons learned: It’s all about prayer.  Prayer takes something normal into something extraordinary.  Areas are not just a local business.  We actually need the Lord’s approval for our work.  Tired of handling everything by yourself?  Assign a TDS Chair – Someone to hold us all accountable.  Have a way to manage and care for your donors.  Develop a system and a financial calendar.  Focus for an hour a day on how to keep up with your donors and prayer.  We have to communicate the mission and the results.  Focus on people – not events.  Focus on your donors.  Part 1 of 2 Lessons Learned.
