How to follow up well after a banquet
The worst job is no job done at all.  There is more to the banquet than just the banquet.  Not just for AD to complete – team should help
Make follow up part of the banquet planning, built into FMP
See banquet manual for advice, know TDS, has letter samples, include follow up of banquet – show big picture of goal, how close you got to goal, include specifics about what happened
Take good notes as to who was there  -letter of thanks, no-show letter (people that said yes, but didn’t come), people that didn’t come and said no just so they know
Keep people informed on their investment

People evaluate banquet from the follow-up letter
