Screeching forks and silver sand,
broken glass turn to crystal shards.
The looking glass has one side.
Reflections of sleep in another universe,
surviving darkness but yielding a dream.

The goblin watches elves running to the sea,
echoes of thoughts lost in a forest.
Life courses by looking at palms,
eyes give away the secrets of the universe.
