In the Cthulhu mythos, Azathoth is an Elder God at the center of the universe. It writhes mindlessly as pipers eternally circle it, entertaining it with their insane, unknowable music. I wanted a DnB set like that. Something sinister. Something that might entertain a malevolent god for a whole and buy humanity a couple of eons.
