Panel: Tech cold war?

The Trump administration has added Huawei to its prohibitive "entity list", which in effect bars US companies from selling to the tech giant.
The ban is scheduled to come into force in mid-August, following a three-month reprieve granted by President Trump.
Huawei has been warning the impact of the ban could extend beyond handsets to software.
