This was a mix I made for the sound and silence festival in Corfu. It's actually a bit of a rework of the popular Mana breathing mix.
It starts with Pane Andov flower of life meditation and a long sweeping coherent breath to relax the body, followed by some Wim Hof, straight into a relaxing expansive track by Michael Stearns. It continues along the theme of music from the soundtrack to the movie Samsara, it's quite a deep soundscape.
The next wave includes Ryuchi Sakamoto, Telefon Tel Aviv, and then a mixture of Japanese samples from Acid Pauli that work together with a slow rebirthing breath. This stage is quite rhythmic and relaxing, and can help put you in a trance state. Following this is another round of Wim hof breathing, which takes you into "A map of what is effortless" by Telafon Tel Aviv again, "Death is only a door" by Tom Tykwer, Johnny Klimek & Reinhold Heil, from the cloud atlas soundtrack, Eeveh, Jonothan Goldman and Finishing with "Reverie" by Claude Debussey.
