Sleaze

Looking at my watch in the dark, it's a blurry 6 something in the morning. Chris and I play sleazy disco to a thick crowd, desperate with intent. My eyes follow the bright beams of polka-dot light racing across the floor and a woman dancing on her own is momentarily caught in a ray of light. Catching a glimpse of abandoned freedom, eyes closed and with a small happy smile - she just drops everything and surrenders herself to the music. Wild movement allowed to express themselves through her body, no restraint visible. This is what it's about! I grin with shared joy at my mate, laughing back at me he bends to select another dirty tune...
