The music of my teens: no pattern, only memories

The music that defined my teen years had no correlation to what was on the charts at the time, to any particular genre – this episode has chapters of, jazz, folk, R&B/pop/hip-hop, and rock – or to any cohesive period of time at all except for what I discovered and ended up holding close to me. It's so typical of my cohort and anyone younger than me that when making the episode I didn't even consider that other generations may find it odd. Yet it's cool!
