Stress is an insideous culprit. Stress makes you respond to differing stimuli in totally different ways while in each case taking you off your game. An example: my child has cancer, one stressor. Her Dr. comes to us in the very beginning of treatment and hands us a document with the explanation that they have a new drug and they want to administer it to our child. They believe it will extend remission. We have to sign this document by next week which absolves the hospital of any wrong doing in the event of bad side affects. There are only two side affects that happen,1. none at all. 2. our child drops dead on the table. A WHOLE NEW LEVEOL OF STRESS AND NO CONVERSATION TO HELP MAKE OUR DECISION.These are some of the things we dealt with while not understanding what or how stress was affecting us and our decisions.
