We go to superclubs that only exist to support a lucrative brand name
so that a company run by people who don't dance can make millions from
T-shirts, compilation CDs and alcohol and tobacco sponsorship. We listen
to a few big-name Djs on the radio and let them totally rule our tastes. When
their name’s on a mix album we trust it without thinking and rush out to buy
it. The D] is a corporate whore.
