1989 was the end of PWL's Golden age, closing out the 1980s with such acts as Donna Summer, Kylie Minogue, and Sonia, to name a few. As the 90s quickly approached, PWL had dominated the British pop charts, as well as international Dance and Pop charts as well. Unfortunately, the party began to tire out by the beginning of 1990.
