Barry and I talk about how he transitioned from managing an annual multi-attraction theme park (Spooky World) to a full-time family entertainment center (Big Thrill Factory).
As a yearlong business in a large, permanent venue, running Big Thrill Factory is a slightly bigger scope and totally different challenge than most of the events we’ve discussed so far in previous episodes.
