Dan Helfers might not be the first to tell you that the soul of New Orleans extends far outside its musical heritage. We bond over our collective distrust of the local government, we hope for change but never plan for it. For better or for worse, New Orleans lets you make yourself because no one else is going to do it for you. “Good Intentions” is a reminder that with the right attitude, anything is possible in this town.
