This mix is a healing one. There's been a lot of harrowing things going on with a lot of people lately, myself included.

Don't let your personal and life experience disempower you. Focus on the positive in everything, and you'll find there are much better ways to solve problems than making yourself unpleasant and becoming negative. A positive mental attitude is free; it won't cost you anything. If you shield yourself with love and truth, even the angriest soul on earth won't be able to affect you. All they'll be able do is walk away, and hopefully find peace and happiness within themselves.
