Proverbs 30

We all take refuge in something whether it is in God or if it is something that makes us feel a temporal relief. For some it may be TV, for others it may be food, alcohol, drugs – illegal or even legal. All of these can bring a temporary feeling of relief, but they don’t deal with the issues. How can we tell if we turn to something/someone else other than God in a situation? When a problem arises what is the first thought that comes to your mind? We must refuse to take refuge in anything but Christ
