Unresolved anger holds us in bondage to the person or situation we are angry at and refuses to allow us to live in freedom. It is a prison that dictates to us what we will do and what we will say. It floods us at the most inconvenient times and causes us to act in ways we don't like and say things we know we shouldn't.
