Hello! I'm Van Azure! You are tuning in Spark Gap show!

In this week’s Spark Gap, I bring the elements of my recent life: City, Work & Love. So I try some new styles & genres of tracks to depict my recent gorgeous life.

Many fans emailed me to ask whether I could reveal the secret of capturing the inspiration to compose? To me, I have two answers. Are you ready to write them down?

The first is learning. You have to spend much more time to listen to other DJs' sets, mixes or tracks. Through the process, you can imitate the techniques. This is very important. If you are not adept in these fundamental techniques, how can you invent or build something new & excellent?

The second is love. If you have some spare time to use, you should go outside to meet someone you love and do your best to pick him or her up! You will ask me why? The answer is if you don't have wonderful life & feelings, how you can compose something wonderful?
