CON ¤ VULS #6

-being the sixth (resurrective?) in a series culled from found reviews of "needlessly antagonistic dance club CON * VULS":

Some six or so years since last hearing of the project, this USB arrives at my home; I have no idea who, specifically, this is from, or how they found my address.

Its contents are uploaded here, in their entirety, and seems to consist chiefly, if not exclusively, of remixed or altered tracks -altered from the original versions, it would appear, to make them more… what? Danceable? Which makes zero sense. A collection of ‘dance music’ sent to someone’s home? Are we, the recipients (I’m presuming I’m not the only one) supposed to dance in our own homes?

I’ll admit, at first, I was reticent to play the tracks; after all, the last venue to host this club burned to the ground.

But surely this is to be the last gasp for Con*Vuls? If not, I may have to look into a restraining order.
