Welcome to the first proper Unctuous Mixtape. Each of these songs is amazing. If I don't burn out on this project, I'll try to keep up a cadence of one mixtape a week.
Since this is the first mix of its kind, some definitions are in order. "Unctuous edit" means I edited the song. In the case of the song "RES", it's 3 versions of the song spliced together. Most of it is the "definitive" version from the album _A Little Man and a House and the Whole World Window_, but the delightfully annoying start-stop organ sequence is from their live album _The Special Garage Concerts_, and the coda is from the very first version of the song on their debut album _Seaside_. I like hearing all three of those together.
"Unctuous Remix" means that I've kept only the vocal part of the song and completely redid the musical arrangement. I have quite a few of these, all done in Logic. I admit I'm pretty proud of how this one came out. It completely changed my opinion of the song.
