This mixtape marks my fifth year as a global bass DJ - and this year has been just amazing! Throughout 2013 me and our DJ group "Maailmamustrid" attended several summer festivals, as well as hosted other world music bands and DJs from Estonia, Finland, India, and Brazil. In addition, I had the chance to visit New Orleans, and DJ in Finland and Canada. All these events are packed into this one mixtape!
Most of the songs have Latin and African roots. Between the songs, I make several detours to Canada, New Orleans, and Estonia. The last part is dedicated to the (re)discovery of kizomba, including both zouk bass and semba. I hope you will enjoy my musical 2013 as much as I did!
