Yupulte

Back in the 90s there was this PWL sound that dominated the charts by three songwriters and producers, Stock, Aitken and Waterman, whose self-published PWL company could easily rival the major labels. This mix isn't to celebrate the trio's work but instead to show the influence and similarities they've had to other musicians who were around at the time.

They started to work together after realising that they coincidentally sounded similar to each other. So to understand why certain singers are much more successful in the UK than their own country (eg. Kylie), is to understand that some musicians sound relatively more similar to the 90s PWL sound, transatlantic wise, that was non-existent in their country,

This one's for the collaborating songwriters first, the younger zoomers second.

PS. I don't like this music and wouldn't listen to it (well only 4 songs). I mean, it's okay If someone else played this in their house it's okay but I wouldn't play it in my own house.
