MLB Doesn’t Have a Popularity Problem

Though free agency doesn’t begin until Tuesday at midnight, the Red Sox have already been busy this offseason.

The club re-signed Koji Uehara to a two-year, $18 million deal Thursday. There is reason to believe that Uehara can still be an elite reliever as he nears 40 years of age. But for whatever reason, Alex feels uneasy about the move.
