Differentials

It is high time lawmakers separate violent from non-violent sex offenders. Less than 10% re-offend and those are the only ones society needs to be concerned about. Broad-reaching laws are very expensive for taxpayers and only give people a false sense of security. Why should a woman who had consensual sex with a 15-year-old when she was 17 be subjected to the same conditions as a serial rapist? The registry definitely needs reform!
