Sometimes the first run just has the right energy.

I usually record a mix, live with it for a bit, and go back if there are things I want to tighten up. But every now and then I like to leave the first pass exactly where it landed.

This is one of those.

There are a few rough edges, a few chances taken, and moments I probably wouldn't play exactly the same way twice—but that's also what I like about it. The journey felt right.

No chasing perfection on this one. Just following the records, trusting the moment, and letting the mix be what it was.
