In 2 Kings chapter 5 is the story of Naaman; how he was healed by washing in the Jordan (river) seven times. If we read the story we see that Naaman was not happy with this solution. He was expecting something “greater” and more instantaneous. However the Lord works in ways we cannot comprehend as humans. The Lord could have had Elisha wave his hands and he could have been instantaneously healed. However Naaman had to DO something to show his faith and obedience in order to get the promise of God, which was healing.
In this study we also study stories in Joshua and 2 Kings chapter 6 dealing with the same thing. This is powerful revelation…make sure you get it!
