Soul Changes

The weather swings in Wooster have some of us unmoored. This weeks selection is defined the theme of (soul) changes. We set the stage with a strong R&B set - new music from FKA Twigs, Gregory Porter and Lalah Hathaway, interspersed with the vintage - Clarence Carter - and the new - Kemi Ade and Sinkane. We drop into cosmopolitan spaces habited by Dele Sosimi, Cheikh Lo and Mbongwana Star. Some alternative music, "Kit-and-Arcs" gives way to the contemplative words of Sierra Leone Refugee All Stars, and a prayer. At the end of it all, we just have to dance to Afropop.
