Midnight Jungle

A mix I did for a Kuwait music blog, with the theme being tunes to listen to in the late night. When asked to do this,
I remembered fondly the golden days of Radio 1, staying up late to listen to the radio and tape shows from Pete Tong, Judge Jules, Danny Rampling, Fabio and Grooverider and more.

This selection is all about heavy bass and dark, moody rollers; a throwback to the kind of sounds I’d hear on the radio during those late night recording sessions back in the day, leading into a small section dedicated to the mighty Metalheadz label and rounding of with some of the genres timeless classics.
