Typhoon Haiyan

Carin van der Hor has barely slept since Typhoon Haiyan made landfall on November 8. She is the country director for Plan Philippines. Based in Manila, Carin is operating in the midst of the organized chaos of trying to get supplies to the worst hit areas even as assessments are still being done to determine where the needs are greatest.
