This is such a sick mix, thank you for hosting it. The Resin Dogs were god-tier back in the late 90's/early 00's and finding this mix was a great surprise. I'm pretty sure me and mate and warmed up for them in the UK in a Walkabout bar around 2002, but my memory is pretty shady!
Yeah I flogged this tape so much back in the day, was a huge influence on me when I started DJing. Just too good not to post up
I also recorded this show on cassette in 1999, then transferred to them to CD about 2 weeks later, I just found the 3 CDs now and was checking to see if they were already uploaded. Well done phatmouts.
I had a well worn tape of only part of this set which didn't digitise too well! Bloody great to find it online so thanks heaps for posting. Resin Dogs should seriously considering releasing these two MixUp sessions from 1999 & 2000... just great mixes.
Hey Ben, yeah they are two of my all time fav mixes. They started on cassette, then to minidisk, then finally made it to mp3 17 years later! It's a pity it's so hard to find gigs/clubs where people playing this type of stuff on vinyl. So many crap DJs around these days just pushing buttons. The Dogs were killing it back then.
