well, it's a techno mix, so it's fast and noisy but if you've been to where I'm coming from, you remember the days where the parties had map points, the afterparties had afterparties and that's before sketch pad on sunday afternoon. this was a global expanse, a quantum leap in the way people enjoyed music, a bonding experience beyond compare that spanned all boundaries of color, or race, of orientation. absolutely none of that stupid bullshit mattered. what mattered was the return of doc marten from london, because he was bringing the heat to wherever he planted his feet, with the sickest new sounds in the city. it defined the next 30 years of my life on earth, and I will not step off my path musically. i can only do my part to share my memory in the only way i know how.
